3. With the help of SportsWest, determine the best location for the court (considering a number of factors).
4. Determine the size and component options for your court.
5. Determine the color scheme and line design layout.
6. Finalize proposal and contract.
7. Approve proposals, design, and agreements.
8. Place surface and component orders.
9. Schedule construction work after all permits and approvals are secured.
10. Clear vegetation and prepare site base.
11. Determine drainage slope and direction.
12. Form, pour concrete, and set anchors or sleeves for poles.
13. Install components, surface, and line the court.
14. Clean-up site.
15. Get excited to play.
16. Call friends, neighbors, and family and invite them to the party.
